Chef Ken Pongsakorn
The menu has been specially created by the talented Head Chef Ken Pongsakorn who has more than 15 years of experience working with renowned Thai restaurants across Sydney.
Chef Ken has come a long way in his culinary career where his passion for Thai cuisine began when he was just a 9 year old boy. Born and raised in Northern Thailand, Ken’s love for cooking grew while working at his family’s Thai restaurant in Nan. From there he was able to draw much inspiration for his cooking style today.
Since moving to Sydney, Ken has developed a contemporary take on Thai food and prides himself on showcasing the authentic taste of Thailand using a fusion of traditional and modern cooking techniques.
Modern Asian Fusion
Soi translates to “street” in Thai. At Soi 25, we serve delicious modern Thai dishes inspired by Thai street food classics. We focus on using fresh ingredients to deliver the bold and adventurous flavours of Thailand to the people of Sydney.
Located in the heart of Darlinghurst with enough space for an intimate dinner or a large group function, we offer a relaxed atmosphere and a welcoming service to our customers.
